While the rest of the country is still feeling the affects of the recession Texas is leading the way (as it has been for months) out of the economic down-turn. According to this article and recently released statistics from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, the top four metropolitan areas for jobs are ALL in Texas. Austin is number three! Not too shabby, considering Austin is only the fourth largest city in Texas and the 15th largest in the U.S.
